Our Cancellation Policy:

 

At Page Tutoring Academy, session times are reserved specifically for each student. To ensure fairness and availability for all families, the following policy applies:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be changed at no charge.

​

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

​

• Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of Page Tutoring Academy, subject to availability.

​

• For students with regular weekly sessions, if more than 2 scheduled sessions are cancelled in a month, Page Tutoring Academy reserves the right to release the recurring time slot to ensure availability for other students.

• In the case of emergencies, Page Tutoring Academy reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its discretion.

Payment Terms

​

• All payments must be completed through the online booking site.

​

• Payment is due by midnight on the day of the scheduled session.

​

• Sessions not paid by the stated deadline may result in future bookings being paused until payment is received.

By booking with Page Tutoring Academy you are agreeing to the above cancellation policy. All parents and guardians are required to sign the Cancellation policy before their first tutoring session and may be denied bookings if it is not signed.
